Absolutely! The Parr Institute and the Four Blocks course offer assistance for everyday stress. It is also for those interested in studying psychology, REBT, RET, CBT, or anyone who just wants to understand how to better manage their emotions.
The courses and services offered we offer are a supplement to rather than a replacement for therapy, although many people report self-help to be as or more effective than traditional therapy. If you are seeing a counselor or therapist weekly or monthly, this video course is an excellent resource to watch in between sessions.

While the course tips and techniques can be applied for immediate results, everyone will respond a little differently to the information. Many students report feeling better after an hour of study, but a lot will depend on how much time you spend learning and practicing the techniques. We're like a fitness instructor—we can teach you the moves, but the results will depend on the quality and frequency of your workouts!
The courses available here are entirely self-paced so you can do as much or as little as you like whenever it's most convenient for you. Average completion time is around 60-90 minutes but you have 1 year from purchase to complete it, so work at whatever pace is comfortable for you!
The 4 Blocks formulas don't require any math skills at all! They're simply a shorthand for breaking down the way we create our emotions. Think of them more as memory helpers.
