Lesson 1: The Three Insights to a Mind of Peace
There are three basic insights into the human condition that help us become more aware of how we upset ourselves. These insights are the fundamental building blocks to a rational mind. Without these insights, it's practically impossible for you to be happy or content in your lifetime.
Lesson 2: The ABCs of How We Create Emotions
Just like you learned your ABCs in kindergarten as the building blocks for reading and writing, these are the building blocks for understanding your emotions. Once you are comfortable with your ABCs, you will be able to attack and conquer the most complex emotional problems. Knowing your ABCs, actively red-flagging, and consistently disputing are the keys to mental health and a successful life.
Lesson 3: The Seven Irrational Beliefs
The second insight implores us to understand how we create our emotions. In this section we'll explore seven basic ways we create irrational thoughts, feelings, and beliefs.
Lesson 4: Mental Contamination
In this section Dr. Parr describes the factors that lead to the way you think, feel, and react: genetic predisposition, environmental conditioning, and self-conditioning.
Lesson 5: Red-Flagging & Disputing Irrational Beliefs
In this section you'll learn how to analyze emotional situations for irrational beliefs and replace them with disputing language.
Lesson 6: The Formula for Anger
Regardless of who we are or where we come from, we all create anger in the same way. Dr. Parr decodes the formula for anger and explains how to manage it.
Lesson 7: The Formula for Anxiety
